A Case of Placental Previa Accreta

Abstract

|
In the course of Cesarean section for placenta previa the author was confronted with an episode of uncontrolably profuse uterine bleeding caused by placenta accreta which was successfully treated by Cesarean hysterectomy.
A case of placenta previa associated with placenta accreta is here presented with a brief review of the literature.
